A Few days ago I tried to draw money from an ABSA ATM, after a long wait the ATM came back with Unsuccessful Try Later. I took my card and about 2 minutes later got an SMS that the money has been taken from my account. I called the Capitec Call Centre and reported that I did not get any money from the ATM. 3 days later the money was put back into my account. If this had been any other bank I would still be waiting for the refund a year later :) Thanks Capitec as one of your first customers when you opened I have had only the best of service.
