I DRAW MONEY THE ATM IN THE BANK ON 2/10/13. AFTER DOING THE TRANSACTION THE ATM DID NOT GAVE ME MY MONEY.THE GUARD AND TWO BANK CLERKS SAW THIS. THE BANK CLERK PHONED SASSA, AND GOT A REFERENCE NUMBER TELLING THEM WHAT HAPPENED AND THAT THE MONEY WAS NOT GIVEN BY THE ATM. SASSA SAID THEY WILL REFUND WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS.AFTER GOING BACK TO CAPITEC AFTER 7 DAYS - CAPITEC SEND SASSA AN E-MAIL TELLING THEM THEY ARE NOT CONVISED THAT I GOT THE MONEY SO NOW CAPITEC IS REFUSING TO PAY THE MONEY BACK TO SASSA.THEY IMPLY THAT I THE MONEY. I AM SURE IT WAS SOMEONE IN SIDE CAPITEC WHO MY MONEY. BECAUSE THERE WAS 3 EYEWITNESSES WITH ME IN THE BANK 2/10/13
