Why do Insurer like New National uses underwriters & brokers that are not proffessional in the first place??? is it for them to get away with a murder. After I took my matter to Ombudsman, thats when I realise that lot of things were not done proffesionally, I agreed to Underwriters that certain amount will be debited on my account since a car that was traded was active & account was uptodate... they went to my account to deduct amount that was not agreed & debit order did not go through which result to no payment to them then discovered that my old car that was traded in was not removed on their system hence their cancelation letter for the old vehicle says 1 september 2013 but on the voice log when buying a new car it was stated that it should be removed since I am buying a new one.
