Capitec ATM service BEWARE

On Tuesday 11 June I draw money from Capitec teller SAS27168 which malfunctioned but the amount was taken from my account. The ATM slip confirmed faulty transaction. I emediately reported it as it was the last money in my account. I have phoned repeatedly send confimation statement to show deduction still my money is not refunded. I have since lost 2 days work as i have no money for petrol. Had to borrow money from someone as it doesnt seem i am going to get my money back soon.
