I have requested my monthly statements on numerous occasions, and still no monthly statements being received!!!
Some gentleman called me last week and Tuesday (I think), but was unable to speak at the time, said he would call me the following day!!! Still waiting!!!
Can someone please tell me what the is going on with MFC's accounts department!!! Incompetent staff = unhappy client = never dealing with MFC again!!!
This will be the last time I am going to be very courteous with MFC when they call me again!
I cannot wait to settle my car with MFC, so that I am rid of YOU!!!
