Bad attitude

To whom it may concern.

My name is Violet Pitse-Zondo and i have home loan with Standard Bank. last month i received a phone call from one of your home loans consultant - Cleo. She asked to speak to my husband and i informed her that i was not with him at that point in time. i then asked if i can take a message for him since the only account we have whith SBSA is our home loan. she then said to me that i am not the account holder and so she cant speak to me. the next day when she called the minute she heard my voice she said "eish" and hung up the phone. This lady is very rude, unprofessional and her customer service leave very little to be desired.
