Home Loan account cannot be accessed after propert

The sale of our home has been finalised and paid out to the access bond account. FICA requirements were sent through to the bank and I have not been able to access any funds since the 28th May. Each time I go to the bank to find out what the problem is they ask me to call home loans. When I call the home loans department, every person that we speak to says that they help. What do I do in order to access my funds that have been sitting in the access bond for almost a month. In the meanwhile the bank is billing me interest on my current account which as been overdrawn and expected the funds to be transferred from the home loan account to my current account.
I really have no joy dealing with the home loans department in this regard. I cannot belive that banks treat their clients in such an unprofessional manner.
