My name is Violet Pitse and last week i posted a complaint about Cleo, a standard bank employee in your home loans department.
I received phone call from SBSA on Wednesday, unfortunately i was busy and could not take the call. I then advised the consultant to call me back in the next two hours.
To date i have not received a call back. I feel like this bank does not care about their customers at all. As someone in customer care myself, a customer complaint should be dealt with immediately. In my case, nothing is been done about the bad service i received from this bank. One can just imagine how many customers has this Cleo lady contacted and was rude to.
