Standard Bank Home Loans has changed my Home Loan agreement without discussing it with me. My term has been changed from 20 to 30 years, and my repayment has decreased - AND I HAVE NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT. I think they did this after transferring my account from CIB to PBB, and failed to transfer my banking details (despite the fact that I bank with them). They called to say I missed a payment, I asked them how because I have money in my account, then they admitted their mistake. But they continued to change my Loan Terms! After two calls to their calls centre and logging a complaint, I have received no response whatsoever. What is wrong with Standard Bank???
