Our card was and cloned at an ATM where they then withdrew R3000 from our account. We immediately notified STB and they parrently stopped the card. STB said it would take 15 days for investigation and payback. We are over the deadline and still waiting. After various calls to their call center and visits to the bank they promised to phone as back every time but we are still waiting. No call or refund, We just got told that we are the victim of crime!
