Utterly Disgusted: FNB phoned me on Wednesday 28 Aug to tell me they will look into the matter. Guess what?? Look at the date... I am still waiting for a response or a phone call. This matter has apparently been escalated to be investigated... I don't think so, because THERE IS STILL NOTHING HAPPENING.
