Worst service ever experienced

Went to apply for a student loan 3 weeks ago and was told I had to bring the relevant docs in on the Monday. The employee in question was sick on the Monday so I had to leave it and she would get back to me. She didn't't even phone that week. The next week I phoned twice and left my details but she didn't't get back to me. Eventually I went in this morning and was treated as an inconvenience.i had to give my moms ID num, and when the person phoned this is how she spoke to my mom, "Hi, it's x here, can I have your ID number" in a utter rude tone - no introduction or surname was given. It then took ten minutes to find my application (while sensitive doc's of other customers lay all over the table for me to see). Eventually she found it and it was clear that this was the first time she was tracking my application - I was told that there is a problem with our cheque account and that I had to go sort that out and then come to her again - she offered no help or assistance in how to sort it out. The cherry on top: If i don't pay my uni deposit by the 1 of Feb, I get a late penalty which will cost me approx R4500. I didn't't even get an apology - just a "sort it out and keep me posted."
