I logged a complaint last year in August because there were fraudelents transactions on my credit card with African bank. I was told that I would get feedback in 3 months and that was supposed to be mid November. When I called at that time I was told the complaint was logged incorreclty by the call centre agent. The complaint was logged again and I was told I would get feedback on the 24th of January. I called on the 23rd and I was promised someone from forensics would contact me to provide feedback and no onehas bothered to contact me up until today the 28 January 2013. When I call the call centre they send me from pillar to post and no one seems to able to help me. I have had enough of African bank and definately will not recommend it anyone. They cant even resolve my query!!! The call centre is just useless!!!
