On 29/06/2013 I was in a car accident between 21h30 and 22h00. I tried to phone virgin insurance on their emergency number, when you select option 3 there was no answer, no dial tone, nothing, I tried to phone on Sunday morning again and during the day but the number didn't work. When I phoned on Monday morning it worked again. I phoned them on Monday morning and I was told that if the car towing company I phoned does not support Virgin Insurance I will be liable for the payment and storage fees. I said to the operator that I will not pay because their telephone number didn't work so how can I be liable? What must I do leave my car at the accident scene until Monday???
Not happy with this bad service and bad attitude from operator. I want to speak to a service manager or someone to sort this out ASAP!!!
