To whom it may concern,
I recent;y had the privilege of dealing with a lady by the name of Thembi at your Montana branch. She assisted me with a personal loan and I can honestly say that her level of customer service was outstanding!
As I work a full day without lunch, I was unable to get to the branch to sign my papers before the bank closed. Thembi waited for me till I finished work, with the documents ready, so that I could sign and the very next day everything had been sorted out.
The fact that she took the time after she had finished work to wait for me is very commendable. She really did go the extra mile and I would appreciate if you could inform her superiors of her phenomenal service.
She is a genuinely nice person and the world definitely needs more people like her!
I will be changing over to Nedbank as soon as the chance arrives - and it is all thanks to the wonder that is Thembi.
