I have been trying to sort out a credit life policy for the past couple of weeks but needless to say, Standard Bank has the rudest, unhelpful and laziest staff in this department. I sent the relevant docs to the relevant email and when I didn't receive any feedback, I called again. The woman rudely asked me "Why didn't you fax it? ' and it seemed like too much effort for her to search for my email - she came back unfriendly and told me it wasn't send - so I corrected her (because she cannot spell) and she kept me on hold again, she then came back, told me she found it and sent it to the relevant department and threw the phone down in my ear. Yet again I didn't hear anything and called again. Another lady (also unfriendly and rude!) told me that they needed to "search/look" for the application and that this could take 30 days - absolutely pathetic!!
