Lost for words... following poor service

I phoned Personal Loans on Monday 26th Aug to ask why they had brought forward my payment date for my loan from the last day of the month to 23rd Aug... UNILATERALLY.

On Saturday 23rd Aug I received an SMS confirming the transaction had taken place, so I phoned on Monday to be told that all PL accounts payment dates had been brought forward.
I explained that I get paid on the last day of the month, that I specially make a point of stating this on my application form and telling the person I'm dealing with the situation, so that funds are available in my account, and that I am not EMBARASSED!
Matters were left that a manager would 'phone me because the person I spoke with didn't seem able to sort the issue out... I'm still waiting for the phone call two days later. This is the THIRD time PL have done this to me and it's starting to irritate me!
I make sure I pay my accounts on time... and yet this is how I am treated. I'm not a happy customer!
