Customer first not helped apologise& very bad feed

Complaint started last year when no service was provided when I took my Mom to submit the claim forms for the policy. Apology received and accepted and had to wait for estate account to be opened. Received all docs and resubmitted to Anah on 18 September only responded 26 Sept. Anah requested me to resubmit docs to [Email Removed] Submitted and on 27 Sept response received that with 24 to 48 hours they will respond. 2nd Oct ask for feedback sent it to Anah as well. Oct 4 Grace strauss responded did not answer question only said she can not confirm when I will receive feedback but asked for an indication. No response since the 4th. On the 7th Neliswa responded saying that the bank details are not there and section2 of form to be completed. Looked up the form - appears Old Mutual need to identify the client - Client dead and docs submitted as evidence. Referred to the name of the attachment of evidence of Estate's banking details - worst service so far compared to the other service providers for claims submitted.
