On the 19th of November 2012 I made an enquiry to Old Mutual regarding cancelling a policy I have with them and asking what the process is for refunds. On the 10th of Dec 2012, I received a response informing me which documentation I needed to submit to facilitate the process, I forwarded all the requested docs on 28 December 2012 and have not received feedback from Old Mutual. I sent an email on 23 January 2013 advising that I'm still awaiting feedback and to this day there has been no response.
