My husband signed an offer to purchase a property on 15 Feb 2013. The first set of documents were submitted to Hammond Pole (HP) on 20 Feb. On 19 March (a full month later & all emails to HP being ignored) extra docs were requested by HP & these were sent the same day by the transferring attorneys. A few more requests received for additional docs incl the Bond Grant & the remaining docs were submitted by 10 April. On 16 April docs were once again rejected on basis of missing ECC quote, incorrect pro forma & breakdown of rates. Nothing mentioned of missing Bond Grant. Only on 3 May were the docs resubmitted by HP (almost 3 weeks later) to their client. On 23 May HP notified us that docs were once again rejected by their client & that all docs had to be re-submitted which they did the same day. This was once again rejected due to a missing fidelity certificate.(Did no-one know this was needed in the 1st place). All docs re-submitted on 27 May. After numerous emails back and forth - HP have now stated that the bond grant is missing! This has been sent to them 3 times.
4 monthslater! How much longer do we have to wait for HP to get their act together so we can get our house?
