WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!!!

My report is re consultant Onnica@Legal [Email Removed] / 011-715-7338), she has provided the WORST service I have ever received! NEVER calls back! NEVER replies to emails! Never updated us on anything if we didn't phone in to follow up ourselves! Claim STILL PENDING! Trail of events:20/06 Registered my client's claim telephonically, 21/06 Sent required docs, undelivered, resent docs, 24/06 No feedback, phone to confirm receipt-onnica not available & will email me, 25/06 No feedback, phone, another consultant request docs to be resent AGAIN, 26/06 resent docs AGAIN, 26/06 No feedback, phone onnica, she confirmed she will contact me the next day, 27/06 NO FEEDBACK!!! phone onnica, she confirmed client can submit a 2nd quote instead of going for inspection, 02/07 Send 2nd Quote to onnica, 04/07 no feedback, phone onnica-not available, 05/07phone onnica - not avail, 08/07 contact onnica - she confirmed quotes sent to management for approval, 09/07 no feedback, phone, she says management not avail, 10/07 email onnica -NO REPLY, 11/07phone onnica, she confirmed she will email us - NO REPLY! 12/07Phone Onnica, not avail!!! CAN SOMEONE PLEASE GET THIS CLAIM PAID!! Cant wait for Onnica 4eve
