Seems like to only way to get any response from OLD Mutual is to log complaints on Hello Peter, so I will do so until you start delivering some customer service.
Herewith my 2nd complaint in less than 2 weeks.

I would like to make an additional lump sum deposit into my Old Mutual RA Details removed.
Please let me know what I need to do to make this happen.
Is there a specific form I need to complete?
Can you deduct the lump sum off my Bank account if I instruct you to do so, or do I need to deposit the money into your account. If I need to deposit into your Bank account, please send me the Banking details.
Can you assist me please.
