NO RESPONSE FROM ACCOUNTS

RCS group debited my account which I DIDN'T GIVE PERMISSION to do, a full R581!! I pay my account every month via EFT, ON TIME. I emailed the 2nd of Oct. 3rd of Oct I phone in and spoke to Jason, he said I must email documentation which I did, yet no response from RCS. Phoned and emailed twice the 4th of Oct, actually received a read receipt. HEARD NOTHING, emailed again the 7th of Oct AGAIN. Yet no response. They are very quickly to debit from our account WITHOUT ANY permisson and then it's a battle to get the money refunded. THis makes me so MAD!! How can they do this. I want my money in my account ASAP with the R14.50 bank charges I was charged for the debit order. THis is unexceptable!!
