I went into the branch office at Woodmead Standardbank to report a suspected that took place on my account. The lady assisted me very professionally, explained the potential problem, cancelled my cards and connected me to the line (who have logged my call and promised to get back to me in ten working days). I look forward to hearing from the line, by 21 October 2013.
