I work for a small company. Times are tough and we do struggle most of the time to keep our heads above water. But now things have become even tougher for us as debits are going off our account without our knowledge or authorization. This has been happening for quite a few months now but recently it has become ridiculous. These are getting brazen now and the amounts are getting larger and more frequent. We have phoned and gone into the bank several times asking for an explanation as to how this can be occurring with such frequency and what was Nedbank doing to stop this from happening. Basically they don't know and all they can do is give us a form to complete, which they process and eventually we get re-imbursed! This is outrageous! What are they doing to PREVENT it??? What's to stop these criminals from clearing out our accounts?! This needs to stop and Nedbank needs to pull up their socks otherwise there are plenty of other banks that will gladly have our business!
