I applied for my ebucks card on June 27th 2013 and they informed that it would take up to 3 weeks for delivery of the card and to this day I still have not received my card. I called in to change my delivery address and quite rudely they said that they're systems were down so they couldnt assist me and that I would have to change the details myself online so I go online and there is no page on my ebucks profile to edit my change of address!!! I specifically switched to FNB because of the perks and also that you can use your ebucks on petrol and now this happens!!! its very dissappointing
