Between FNB and ebucks, these have to be the 2 most useless organisations on the planet. I registered for ebucks a few weeks ago and now i see it was a mistake. When i ordered my ebucks card, i got told it would take 4 - 6 weeks!!! what is the point of ordering you ebucks card if its going to take so long? Anyway, i finally received my "welcome" envelope which did NOT contain my ebucks card!!! Why waste my time by sending me a letter welcoming me without my ebucks card. I told them not to send it to my residential address but they did anyway. What kind of circus are these people running? In the same welcome letter, it says i must order my card. I did this weeks ago. Now i have to wait another few weeks for another card!!!
I have had non-stop issues with both FNB and ebucks and i want nothing to do with either organisation. Ebucks can keep their rubbish product and "service". My life will be so much easier without ebucks in my life!!
save yourself the drama and forget ebucks. Its a waste of time with people who dont know what they are doing!
