IGNORING MY CONCERNS &QUERY, NO FEEDBACK

18/2 I email ebucks: "Everytime I go to Dischem I'm asked for an ebucks card. I thought that I just needed to use my FNB gold card? I log onto ebucks to order a card and it says I already have one. I have never received an ebucks card! does this mean that I have been losing out on rewards at dischem &makro, where I usually shop? The dischem tellers are also misinformed & don't know how ebucks works, because when I say I have a fnb card they say it's fine. The other day one told me there's a way I can claim back my rewards with FNB.If that is true, HOW? What is the real story please? "
21/2 they respond on how to get the card, ask my address to post it& how to earn ebucks only.
21/2 I provide the address &:"Please note that I used my FNB credit card at Hi Fi Corp... a few weeks ago and I haven't received ebucks for the purchase. As per your email below, purchases with FNB gold/credit cards at Hi Fi corp automatically qualify for ebucks without producing the ebucks card. Please note further that you have not addressed my issue regarding my ebucks for previous makro and dischem purchasesa&the misinformed dischem staff. Also, why did I not get the ebucks card in the first place? "
