Poor service DirectAxis!

I applied for a (R10 000) personal loan with DirectAxis early this year, and on 11 September 2013 I requested a settlement quote which I settled on 18 September 2013. I also checked with their Call Centre if they received the payment and they confirmed it, I then requested a settlement letter to be send to me confirming the settlement which is the Mountain high to get that settlement letter till to date.
This is poor and very inconveniencing guys, I hope HELLO PETER will eventually help me.
