EBUCKS CARD STILL A PROBLEM

I switched in September 2012 TO fnb and waited more than 4 months for my ebucks card - which was delivered to an OLD system address eventhough I have been fiaced with my CORRECT address. Please refer to FNB complaint number 241628 logged to ebucks. I have received my card and they proceeded the verification proces. When I tried using my card - very excitedly for the 1st time at Dischem- I was advised that the card # is invalid and I them had to pay cash! When I phoned Ebucks I was advised that I have activated theWRONG card!!! How can this be!! Again FNB blames every one excpet themselves. Since I joined your bank NOTHING YOU PROMISED has been delivered FIRST time around. I will not recommend you to ANYONE as your record is a comedy of errors blaming the client!
This means that since receiving my card arpund January 2013 - I HAVE NOT EARNED 1 SINGLE EBUCK - BUT I HAVE BEEN SWIPING MY CARD! To add to this - I could use the card to buy stuff on Kalhari... This I think is the worst...
