Please Absa can you sort out this problems once and for all.
History of this problem
It started 6 years ago
When I want to draw money from the ATM it will say insufficient funds number "63" while I have money in that account. This will always happen on a weekend.
Then I need to go to the bank on a Monday At first they struggled to found the problem then they said the problem was the Rica registration.
They have records that I gave it in, but it was not approved they can't say why not.
I even had a home loan with them with an address
The problem will be fixed after 2 or 3 hours of my time wasted at the bank, just a year or so later it will happen again
Over the years they blocked my account about 5 times always over a weekend. Every time same old story I give my address papers in, and then it will just happen again.
Last year I wrote a complaint to hello peter, it definitely help, the Secunda Branch manager came to my house to get my papers, for a year everything was running smooth.
Until today, I can't draw my own money. Do you understand how fed up frustrated I am
Please HELP ME!!!
I just want to be able to draw my own money from my own account!
