Want me to pay double!!

I am so dissapointed in Lucid Living, after I phoned them Thabo was the one who had my credit report infront of him and immeiately knew what I was wrong. I only have one account but on my record shows I still have to pay one which I'm finish with and the other one just shows how I did pay but I wanted that off my record which confirm its gonna be R1500. Two weeks ago I did that and in a matter of days everything were finished. Kensani told me I can now apply for finance for a car which I did just to find out I'm high risk. When I phoned her yesterday and ask what's going on she told me she only knew about the one account and that I should pay another R1500 if I want the other one removed. I am so upset with them because thatsa what thabo told me and I refuse to pay another R1500 because of their wrongdoings. You put your trust in them and this is the type of service you get.everythings still the same so what did they actually, it looks as if they made things worse.can someone please help me out of this misery because I badly need a car.
