One of my tenants went to deposit his rent at an absa cash accepting ATM, on thursday 3 October, during the transaction the ATM, went off, lights out. only a small portion of the deposit appeared in my account. Since the branch was still opened, he went into the branch and informed them of the problem, he spoke to Mandisa, she immediately called me and advised me of the problem, and said the problem will be resolved on friday, 4 October. It was not resolved no did i recieve any feedback, after i called her on numerous times. despite the fact that i left messages that it was urgent, my money had been swallowed by the ATM, i m not a happy campe
