My Account not working again due to FICA issues

I am so tired of the same thing happening over and over, again Absa blocked my account since my FICA details is not correct. And all they will tell me if I phone them is that I will have to go into bank and show my ID and proof of residence and that they are very sorry and it is a problem with their system but they are working on it and it wont happen again... which it will because it has happened 3 times before.

I promised myself I will close my account if it happens again, now I have been with Absa (back then Volkskas) for at least 20 years but this it seems this is time to move on. On my last complaint on Hello Peter Absa responded by saying thank you for the nice comments and good feedback...???

Don't phone me, don't respond to this post, don't bother to sort our my account I will go in to branch, show my ID and proof of residence, as soon as the account is open withdraw all my money and walk across the mall and open an account with Standard Bank or FNB, I will ask them as well if they can take over my home loan while I am at it.
