Getting a further bond application done Pathetic

I have applied for a further bond at ABSA in October 2012 already and everytime for some reason I had to re-capture the application. The 3rd time around, they had my monthly expenses worked out at R86 000 which they have calculated totally wrong. It does not even exceed R30000. When this was enquired, I had to once again, re-capture the whole application... Early in January, I gave it another try BUT this time, handed the appliation in at Sunward Park ABSA. Great service there from Michelle, but was then sent through to the Homeloans Consultant in Eastgate. All supporting documentation sent through what was required on 18/1/2012. I spoke to the consultant whom had gone through the documentation that I have sent through and I awaited feedback. Friday 25/1/2012 I have done another followup, on which the lady whould have phoned me back and never did. This morning, found out that I had to resent the documentation that was sent through 18/1/2012 as it is now lost. This is absolutely poor service from ABSA. Maybe I should think about moving my bond away from them!!!
