Poor reason for declining bond application

Applied on 08/10/2013 Bond application via Internet. On 11/10/2013 received email notification application was declined for Shortfall to Service Bond. My mistake I didn't cancel the R8k I am currently paying for rent. Asked ABSA to fix. Application again declined - again reason provided Insufficient Cashflow. Again, asked ABSA to look into the matter as I have more than sufficient cashflow to service bond, which is LESS than what the monthly bond instalment would be. Regrettable I was declined AGAIN with same invalid reason - Insufficient Cashflow.

Called your Facilitators office and was promised to be informed what was the outcome - remain waiting. Would someone with decency in ABSA explain to me how you think I cant afford the bond when in fact I am paying more in Rent at the moment?
