Excellent Customer and Advisory Service

3rd May 2013 I engaged with an estate agency to purchase a house - Submitted a Offer to purchase and awaited on bond application approvals to take place.

With specific instructions to submit to ABSA the bond initiators started their application process. 2 weeks into the process no feedback from ABSA was provided however other Financial Institutes had provided bond acceptance.

I personally went into the ABSA Randburg Branch to find out where the hold up was. The service and assistance the Consultant provided me was amazing. The bond app we resubmitted with correct information and the consultant, Candice Chetty, assisted me throughout the process. My ABSA bond was approved at 100% and in less than 2months my bond was approved and house registered in my name.

The level of assistance and advise provided to me by ABSA's consultants as a first home buyer was exceptional and I thank Frank Makaye as well for great team work.
