No feedback regarding a Credit Card offered

I didn't apply for one, but I was contacted by a consultant and offered one. Realizing the need I thought about it and accepted the offer a week later. Swiftly completed a telephonic application and it was approved. Was sent a quotation to sign, and I indeed signed and sent back. This whole process was promised to be no longer than two weeks from time of approval to credit card receipt, but we are now at end of the third week. In the past two weeks I have had to contact 011 352 5234 daily to ensure there was progress. Can someone like the person who quickly sold it to me, and the one who swiftly completed the telephonic application at the least contact me and keep me updated on progress? The last person I spoke to today promised 5 days turnaround time, the same thing someone else I spoke to on Monday said, and we are now on the fourth day... not encouraging at all. Please someone provide me with proper speedily delivery service as at sales, or decent progress feedback at the least.
