I have switched from using another bank to FNB thanks to there apparent ad campaign, promiding smoother and easier banking process. To my dismay in an attempt to have my previous credit card settled and the amount transfered to my FNB credit card, THREE WEEKS LATER nobody can tell me where my application is or if has even been processed.
When I call Balance Transfer Department I get tranfered to Customer Services who then Transfers me to CBS Department which in actual fact is NOT THE CBS department. I ahave enough of the fact that none of the fools working at FNB have any clue what they doing! I regret switiching to FNB as a bank. My old bank provided me better service on any day!!
