Credit Card Application

I applied for a credit card via your website almost 3 weeks to go and to date i am no closer to getting a response if my application has been approved or not, let alone when the card will be delivered. I have made no less than 15 calls to your new applications call center. I have been transferred to no less than 4 departments all of which say they cannot assist me.

I cannot understand how a huge bank like yourself cannot get this simple process right. It seems that the only thing good about this back is your marketing department.
