I've sent several emails to care@mfc requesting HP agreement from MFC and it was not just me but my Insurance as well but with no luck for a week and a half...
No one has responded to my emails!!!
Worse: their call centre takes an hour without any answer and when you leave a message no one calls you back!!! WHY DO YOU CALL IT CUSTOMER SERVICE THEN WHEN CUSTOMERS CAN'T BE HELPED AT ALL!!!???
I'm starting to think they don't have it!!! Why is their service SOOO bad??? I want to settle the account but is such a hustle. So UNHAPPY
