It is to my de-setisfaction that I have decided, that I will NO longer have any dealings whatsoever with MFC in the future, in my life I have bought two cars and both of them were financed by MFC however the service one gets now is so bad that it leaves fuming with anger and destress.
I have written many emails which have not been responded to in connection with my car that has been involved in an accident and it is a write-off, my insurance needed a settlement letter and the registration documents from MFC, I tried endlessly to call but could not get through, the automated voice does promise that if one writes an email, it will be responded to the following day, I then wrote so many emails which were not answered while still trying the telephone untill I got the lady who was not clear about her name, I asked of the documents and she promised to send them to my email address however she only sent me a settlement letter.
I am stuck right now because the insurance has to settle the car so that I can get the new one and that was suppose to happen this week but due to MFC's very bad service, my problem is still not solved yet.
