Waited one hour to talk to someone who can assist

Tried to contact MFC on the customer number 0860879900 in order to find out why they rejected me for finance on a vechile. Called on the 03 Sept and sat on the phone for over 1 hour waiting for someone o answer me. I had to hang up as i needed to get back to work. The called today and now waited on the call for over a hour also. All i would like to find out is the problem as to why they rejected my claim in giving me finance. Very simple request and all I'm getting is "Your call will be attended to shortly" and " We are experiencing high call volumes" and then back to music. How many people work at MFC that they can not answer the phones quick enough at 09:00 in the morning. I surely hope this does not happen to there clients who are actually Financed with them.
