Cannot get through to customer care

I have called MFC 5 times with a combined holding time of around 1 hour and still, have not managed to get through to the call centre. I have also emailed the email address given on the web site and have not had a response as yet, according to the voice prompts on the call centre holding line, an email should be responded to the same business day. I traded my car in on the 27th and it was settled in full with no outstanding payments, according to my settlement agreement which I had to obtain via SMS, because I was unable to get hold of the customer care then either. A monthly debit went off my account for the normal monthly debit amount this month when there should have been no debit due to the account being settled on the 27th of May.

Can someone from MFC please call me regarding this ASAP? It's unacceptable business practice.
