After I settled my one vehicle and paying the debit order, I needed to get back my money as my account was in credit. After trying to get hold of the customer care service centre for a week without ever getting an answer, i email them. On the website they say all queries via email will be answered within one business day, it has been more then a week and still no feedback. When i eventually got through to the call centre the agent gave me information that i will get my refund within 7 days. Today i followed up and spoke to another agent that put me on hold for half an hour before getting back to me and telling me i have to wait another week since it now takes 10 working days for refunds. When i complained i was just put on hold again!!! The company is quick to complain when you don't pay, but they can take forever to payback money that is rightfully mine!!!
