Disappointed in BAD service!!!

My insurer and I I've been on the phone with MFC from 1st July requesting the original Natis document so that my insurer can pay out to settle my car.

This is now almost 3 WEEKS LATER and there isnt concrete feedback, I cant GET THROUGH to the MFC LEGAL DEPARTMENT as the phone just RING AND RING - was on HOLD FOR MORE THAN 45MIN and then DECIDED TO GIVE UP!!!

On 30July am I due to pay my next installment for my car which I wrote off on 25 June and I must say MFC has not helped my matter one bit!!! IT'S JUST A PURE FRUSTRATION

I WANT FEEDBACK ASAP!!! EVEN MY INSURERS HAS INSULTED MFC AND SAID THEY ARE THE WORST FINANCIAL INSTITUTE TO RESOLVE INSURANCE CLAIMS OUT OF ALL THE BANKS IN SA.

Ask yourselves the question, if MFC were good enough why did I get involved in trying to get the Natis document for my insurers?

My Insurance company have follow up every second day, thus means that have sent more than 14 e mails to MFC to speed up the process without any luck!
