Absa continues to put customers last

Trying to get vehicle insured on my existing Absa policy. First phone call, held for half hour - no answer. Phoned another call centre who said they'll got insurance to phone me back - no call back (surprise, surprise). Second phone call, held for half hour - no answer. Phone other call centre who themselves sit on the phone for half hour with no answer. Go through to the Absa idirect call centre, explain the problem and request management intervention but that's not allowed, lowly customer. I get pushed back to the original call centre (Absa Insurance Brokers) who are not interested in helping customers - simply a recorded message of "you're important to us" - so important that no answered calls!!! Thus, contacted the "action line" (now renamed INACTION LINE) who would have someone phone me within 15 mins and guess what... no call. Went to Absa Facebook page, who said they'll "immediately deal with it"... still no answer.

No answer, no insurance, no care.
