I have struggled to get assistance from MFC to make arrangements to pay my short fall on my account after insurance payment came short.
I am also looking to get new vehicle finance but I have not been helped after sending numerous emails to [Email Removed] and I've also called their helpline but there is never a response... You hold on forever while your airtime is being chowed.
I am seriously disappointed by the poor service after having been a good customer who has never missed my monthly installments. All I am trying to do here is settle my shortfall... You would think they would appreciate customers that are making attempts to keep their accounts upto date at all times.
