SANLAM DEBITS 3 TIMES THAN MONEY AGREED UPON

I took an educational policy for my daughter with Sanlam through a broker from FNB Sunnyside Pretoria Mr. William Ndabezitha. I signed an agreement that stipulates that monthly premiums would be paid through debit order on the 15th day of every month. The monthly premiums would be R540 . The first debit order was set for the 15th of September 2013. However, Sanlam debited R1620.00. When I made enquiries with the FNB broker, he informed me that Sanlam will make a refund in less than a week's time. A week has gone by and I have not received my refund. I am not sure how much money they will debit in my account this month. I had plans to get my other child an educational plan with Sanlam, but it seems as if they are only interested in docking money from the customer's account. So far, no one said anything to me from Sanlam. Maybe this is a warning to say the company does not have financial integrity. I will have to rethink if it's worth having this educational plan.
