On 2 April 2013 I wanted to join Sanlam Reality as I joined the Gym on 31 March 2013 and could receive rebates each month on my gym fees. I phoned the number on the Sanlam Reality website and the lady replied that I have to register via the internet. I tried to register twice with no avail although a message displayed: we will contact you soon. I even requested my broker to register me on Sanlam Reality and he even said Sanlam said they will email me the forms asap. Nothing happened. Its been two weeks now and I am loosing money.
